Overview

Recent reports have highlighted the growing impact of AI on architectural design, from generative design tools to predictive modeling. However, within academia, the study of AI in architectural practice is limited, with most work focusing on design as whole. This project aims to explore how architects use AI in the early stages of design, focusing on iterative ideation and understanding what is needed from modern tools to support their practice. This project is currently in its early stages and this page will be updated as the project progresses.
